Line Cleaner

The Line Cleaner is responsible for handling all scheduled maintenance, quality control and cleanliness of all draft accounts serving Atlanta Beverage Company draft products in accordance with Company standards.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently handles all scheduled maintenance, quality control and cleanliness of all draft accounts serving Atlanta Beverage Company draft products in accordance with Company standards.
â–ª Thoroughly cleans draft beer lines, faucets, and all related equipment for pouring draught product.
â–ª Follows a schedule of service calls on all assigned accounts, visiting and thoroughly servicing each assigned account on a frequency of at least every 14 calendar days.

2. Accurately and legibly performs the line cleaner administrative procedures.
â–ª Assists Draft Department in booking, setting-up and executing special events.

3. Vehicle is properly prepared for daily delivery in accordance with established Company policy.
â–ª The vehicle is inspected, and deficiencies are documented.
â–ª Always ensures security of vehicle.
â–ª The vehicle interior and exterior are kept clean and organized.

4. Operates all Company vehicles in a safe, courteous manner and obeys all traffic regulations and Company safety policies.

5. Demonstrates effective customer service skills.
â–ª Demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary.

6. Understands and complies with all Atlanta Beverage Company policies and procedures.

7. Accurately performs any other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

8. The employee regularly reports to work at the scheduled starting time.

9. The employee adheres to the established dress code.

Position Requirements:

â–ª A clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.

Class A CDL Driver/Salesman

The Driver/Salesman is responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of products to meet customer needs. He or she will unload and load products from the vehicle and verify the contents against invoices.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Weekly Salary

CDL Drivers with an assigned route earn between $55,000 – $70,000 

Position Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and distribution of all products in each assigned account through established Company sales methods.
• All products are merchandised and handled effectively and efficiently.
• Performs the route administrative procedures accurately and legibly.
• Operates all Company vehicles in a safe, courteous manner and obeys all traffic regulations and Company safety policies.
• Demonstrates effective customer service skills.
• Understands and complies with all Atlanta Beverage Company policies and procedures and actively supports the company’s mission and vision
• Accurately performs any other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to read, count, and accurately do simple math.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
• Ability to deal with problems involving multiple solutions in standardized situations.

Physical Demands:

• Regular, reliable attendance required

• Must regularly lift over 70 lbs. and maneuver loaded hand truck (approximately 200 lbs.).
• Must be able to maneuver around large trucks, reach, pull, twist, bend and stoop to climb in and out of the cab, raise and lower side doors (bay), load and unload products, etc.
• Extensive walking in and out of accounts and riding in a vehicle is required.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Relief Merchandiser

This position is directly responsible for the efficient and effective merchandising, servicing and developing of assigned accounts.  This position functions under the leadership of the Territory Manager.

Schedule:  Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun

Position Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and distribution of all Atlanta Beverage Company products and packages in each assigned account.
• Ensure all Atlanta Beverage Company products are merchandised and handled effectively and efficiently.
• Merchandise and stock all coolers within established Company guidelines.
• Set up, merchandise and maintain all promotion displays.
• Display all products by brand, utilizing available point of sale to stimulate sales.
• Ensure backroom/cooler area is neat and orderly in customer accounts.
• Operate all Company vehicles in a safe, courteous manner and obey all traffic regulations and Company safety policies.
• Demonstrate effective customer service skills.
• Accurately perform any other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

Position Requirements:

• A clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

• Requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.

Route Assistant (Driver Helper)

The Route Assistant is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of products to customers in a manner that meets customer requirements and, performs all safety and administrative duties to support the Driver.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday

Weekly Salary

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products are handled and merchandised effectively and efficiently.
• Proactively provides support to the Driver in completing daily safety and administrative tasks to include backing up the vehicle in all circumstances.
• Demonstrates effective customer service skills.
• Understands and complies with all Atlanta Beverage Company policies and procedures.
• Accurately performs any other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and one to three months related experience and/or training, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must regularly lift over 70 lbs. and maneuver loaded hand truck approximately 200 lbs. plus.
• Must be able to maneuver around large trucks, reach, pull, twist, bend and stoop to climb in and out of cab, raise and lower side doors (bay), load and unload products, etc.
• Extensive walking in and out of accounts and riding in vehicle is required.
• Must be able to perform arithmetical calculations in order to read and figure code dates, and product count.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Warehouse Loader

This individual is responsible for operating an electric forklift for the purpose of loading and unloading incoming and outgoing products in a safe and efficient manner.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours Worked: 9:00am – Until Complete 

Hourly Rate

Position Responsibilities:

• Operates an electric forklift in a safe and controlled manner.
• Positions forks, under, over, or around loaded pallets or products and transports load to designated area.
• Accurately loads and unloads all incoming and outgoing products in accordance with code date procedures and load sheets.
• Assists with overall clean-up of warehouse as required.
• Reports all Company property damage promptly to supervisor.
• Completes all work related paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Employee presents a professional and positive image at all times.
• Treats all customers and fellow employees with dignity and respect.
• Works with all co-workers to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of all Company information.

Position Requirements:

Education/ Experience

• High School diploma or GED certificate is preferred.

Certification/Licenses 

• Forklift certification required.

Skills:
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
• Ability to speak simple sentences.
• Reasoning Ability

Physical Demands:
• The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee is frequently required to walk.
• Must possess the ability to lift and/or move over 165 lbs.
• Must be able to talk and hear to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Order Picker

The Order Picker is responsible for picking the orders accurately and efficiently to meet productivity standards and is accountable for the accuracy of each order they pick. In performing this job, the Order Picker is routed through the Warehouse by computer system using interactive picking software. The Order Picker operates electric and/or manual warehouse equipment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours Worked:  9:00am – Until Complete

Hourly Rate

Position Responsibilities:

1. Accurately and efficiently picks orders without damaging products. Ensures the correct number and type of product is picked.
   • Safely transports products to designated area for wrapping.
   • Meets or exceeds company standards for productivity.
   • Ensures orders are free of damage.

2.Operates electric or manual warehouse equipment in a safe and controlled manner.

3. Reports all Company property damage promptly to supervisor.

4. Completes all work-related paperwork neatly and accurately.

5. The employee regularly reports to work each day at the scheduled starting time.

6. The employee adheres to the established dress code.

7. Understands and complies with all Atlanta Beverage Company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Education/ Experience

• High School diploma or GED certificate is preferred.

Skills:

• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
